Welcome to the world of our All-Star Competitive Squad, the Elite Ravens Cheerleading Squad. Not every athlete will have the honor to wear an Elite Raven uniform and represent Elite and Southeast Texas at competition. Elites All-Star Director, looks for specific values and technique from the athletes chosen for our teams. We scout our recreational skill proficiency program looking for the athletes with the skill and dedication to progress through our All-Star Competitive Program and continue on to college though our competitive program. Tryouts for our All-Star competitive program and to become a Raven Cheerleader are only held once a year. Our All-Star Director sets testing requirements that each athlete is evaluated on by a judging panel in order to qualify for the honor to become a Raven Cheerleader and wear our uniform. Our All-Star Elite Ravens compete all over Texas and qualify to attend state and national competitions through many competitive cheerleading sanctioned organizations. Good Luck 2009-2010 Teams
